WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE

Conscious connected breathwork (Breath of Freedom) often starts with checking in with ourselves and lengthening the exhale to calm the body. After some movement, we slowly build towards the connected breath.

Supported by music, the connected breathing alternates with pauses in the breath, taking us through several vibrant rounds. Afterwards, there is time to simply lie down, breathe normally and let everything settle.

HIGH ON YOUR OWN SUPPLY

Sounds cool, right? But it’s also an invitation to hold space for processing and giving the body time to pause. So that you can connect to love, freedom and pure pleasure in a down-to-earth kind of way. With both of your feet on the ground.
